Q: Will a remanufactured or compatible product work as well as the OEM product?
A: Each cartridge is designed and manufactured to meet or exceed OEM product specifications for yield, output quality and overall performance. The only difference you should notice between our products and the OEM products is the significant savings you receive.

Q: Do remanufactured or compatible cartridges use new drums, blades, chips and other components?
A: Whenever possible, our products utilize new components, including drums, blades, chips and rollers. This helps to ensure the highest level of quality and performance.

Q: How do you control your product quality?
A: All our manufacturing facilities follow stringent quality control standards to ensure high performance and low defect rate. Our production facilities for compatible and remanufactured laser cartridges are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified. Each cartridge is individually tested before they are packaged and shipped. In addition, we will randomly sample cartridges from every completed batch and run full print quality and yield test to ensure consistency.

Q: What is the defective rate on your cartridges?
A: Our average defective rate across all cartridges is less than 1%. We are continuing to implement additional quality control standards to processes to futher improve upon that figure.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Service page and type in your order confirmation number. If you are a registered customer, you can click the Account History link to sign in and view all your orders. You can also track the order shipment using the Shipping Tracking Number with the UPS website.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this point we only ship to the continental U.S. and Canada locations.

Q: Do you ship to the P.O. Box addresses?
A: We DONOT ship to the P.O.Box addresses.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: We offer the standard UPS or FedEx ground shipping service based on the total order amount. The rate for U.S. locations is $5.99 for orders with total amount under $50, $7.99 for orders with total amount between $50 and $100. We offer free shipping if the total order amount is $100 or more.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: We only charge sales tax for orders with billing address within the state of California.
